(L-R): Quinte West Fire Chief John Whelan (Hospice Quinte Capital Campaign Member) and Rev. Warren Vollmer of the Frankford United Church.
Hospice Quinte sends a huge heart-felt “thank you” to the Frankford United Church Outreach Team for their incredibly generous $2,500 donation in support of the Heart & Home Building Campaign.
Hospice Quinte has raised approximately 73% of the $9.5 million campaign goal. Construction of the Hospice Quinte Care Centre kicked off in September 2020 and has been making excellent progress, and is anticipated to open Fall 2021. The new, 6-bed Hospice Quinte Care Centre located in Bayside will be a safe, comfortable, quiet and welcoming place that feels as close to home as possible. Professional palliative care will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and at no cost to the family.
