The campaign needs volunteer support in a variety of areas, with various levels of time commitment. We are looking for community members to help us in one of the following ways:
The Campaign Cabinet is the core group of top volunteer leaders (supported by professional counsel) who oversee the campaign, taking ultimate responsibility for the success of the program.
Partner with us by becoming a Campaign Canvasser and visiting potential donors, sharing the story of Hospice Quinte and the plans for the future. Training and materials are provided.
Assist with the recruitment of additional campaign volunteers.
We’re looking for people with applicable talents to join our Communications & Marketing, Donor Prospect Identification, Special Events, and In-Kind/Business Donor Committees.
Visit community groups or organizations, provide information about the Heart & Home Campaign, and share how they can support our campaign.
Write Newsletter Articles
Help share personal experiences and impactful stories by writing articles for the regularly-produced campaign newsletter.
Campaign Administrative Support
Assist with the preparation of campaign information packages, newsletter distribution, mailings, and other supporting materials.
Phone Campaign Canvasser
Phone campaign canvassers will be required for three evenings during our future Campaign Month. Training is provided, and all calling is done from a central location.
HELP US CARE FOR CHANGING LIVES
