Mirmil Products, a custom architectural millwork company based in Trenton, has stepped up in support of the future Hospice Quinte Care Centre. On Wednesday, Mirmil staff presented Hospice Quinte with a $20K gift to the organization’s Heart & Home Building Campaign.

“We were delighted to receive this generous gift from our thoughtful friends at Mirmil,” says Hospice Quinte’s Executive Director, Jennifer May-Anderson. “With construction of the new Hospice Quinte Care Centre now underway, we are ramping-up fundraising efforts and spreading the good word, so that our community’s long-awaited dream of providing top-notch, local residential care for the terminally-ill becomes a reality.”

“Mirmil’s contribution will go a long way toward helping Hospice Quinte reach its $9.5M campaign goal for this essential building project,” adds May-Anderson.

“’The Hospice Quinte Care Centre will bring care and comfort to many families in our community. We think it’s an important project and we are proud to support it,” says Mirmil Co-Owner Sarah Walker.

The Hospice Quinte Care Centre is slated to open its doors in Fall 2021 and will provide at no-cost, 24/7 care by a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team of physicians and allied health care providers who will focus on pain management and providing the greatest quality of life possible for those nearing end of life.
