Reflect and Connect: Journaling
A welcoming and supportive space to pause, reflect, write, and connect with others through meaningful conversation.
Each session begins with a creative prompt inspired by a song, poem, statement, or image, followed by open and respectful discussion. These prompts offer an opportunity to explore thoughts and feelings, reflect on personal experiences, and gain new perspectives. Sharing is always optional, and participants are encouraged to write at their own pace and only share what feels comfortable.
No writing experience is necessary. The focus is not on writing well, but on creating space for self-reflection, personal growth, and connection in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
For those navigating grief, these sessions can offer a gentle opportunity to process thoughts and emotions, find meaning, feel less alone, and support your own journey through healing.
Reflect and Connect: Journaling is a community program provided free to those currently registered with our Bereavement Wellness Program or Caregiver Support Services.
Registration is required for this Group.
All Hospice Quinte programs and services are provided at no charge by compassionate and well-trained staff and volunteers.
