Bullet Journaling Group | Find Grief Support at Hospice Quinte
Finding comfort through journaling
Grief can bring many thoughts and emotions, and sometimes it can be hard to know where to put them. Hospice Quinte’s Bullet Journaling Group offers a welcoming space where individuals experiencing grief can reflect, express what they’re feeling, and explore their thoughts at their own pace. There is no right or wrong way to journal.
Our monthly Bullet Journaling Group provides an opportunity to connect with others who understand the challenges of grief while learning simple techniques that may help you navigate your experience.
