Together with Game Changers Youth Ambassadors, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health has created downloadable resources to help youth understand more about mental health and wellbeing, including substance use. Resources have also been developed for caregivers and supportive adults to help start a conversation with youth about these important topics.
