The John M. & Bernice Parrott Hospice Residence Wing and family support spaces are the heart of the Stan Klemencic Care Centre. The residence wing is a welcoming, inclusive environment that features six private suites for people requiring end-of-life care. Residents are supported 24/7 by a positive, professional team of nurses and personal support workers who are assisted by 5 rotating physicians, specially trained volunteers, and a variety of other staff. Professional hospice palliative care, client comfort, symptom management, nutrition, and family support are top priorities for the residence wing.

”From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you and we don’t think we can say “thank you” enough for the hard work each and every one of you have done in caring for our Holly. After all we went through, having Holly admitted to the Stan Klemencic Care Centre truly saved our lives. Knowing she would be cared for properly and professionally, we never had to worry about her safety or wellbeing. She was in good hands with Hospice Quinte! You are all amazing people with the kindest hearts, and we appreciate you all very much. We will continue to keep Hospice Quinte in our hearts and do what we can to support you. Thank you for being a home away from home and a 2nd family.
